Reformer Jumpstart
Designed primarily for first-timers, this foundational class covers pilates principles in detail. The class includes plenty of low-impact, slow, controlled movements to activate the core. Individuals who want to revisit core principles or recover from an injury but still wish to stay active are also most welcome in this class.

Reformer Functional
Designed for all individuals. Focuses on engaging and strengthening the core muscles. Modifications and progressions are provided to match each individual's level and goals.

Reformer Core & More
Designed for those who practice Pilates regularly, this class aims to challenge your body with more challenging exercises helping you build strength and improve mobility while maintaining core activation.

Tower Pilates
Tower is an extension of the Reformer, using a spring-based apparatus to build strength, flexibility, and control while supporting proper alignment. With adjustable resistance, it offers a mix of assisted and challenging movements, making it great for all levels. This full-body workout improves core stability, posture, and mobility for a balanced, strong body.

Designed to improve flexibility through dynamic stretching, myofascial release, and controlled Pilates-based movements. This class follows a structured flow, focusing on each fascial line individually within a single session.

Reformer Jump & Tone
A high-energy class that combines jumpboard cardio intervals, upper-body strength work, and core-focused exercises for a full-body workout. The dynamic jumping sequences elevate heart rate while maintaining low-impact on the joints, while resistance-based arm and core movements build strength and stability. This class boosts endurance, power, and coordination, leaving you feeling strong and energized.
